I though disgusting people like you only existed outside NY.
It’s very disturbing to read that there may be hunting practices on Long Island.

Proves how terrible the human race really is.
We think we are better than deer because we can drive cars and go shopping.
Let's see how long a soccer mom or Tony the contractor would last living in the woods all year.
Maybe we're not *that* great after all.

Can't do that with deer though. God forbid you gotta drive a little slower and be more aware in known deer areas.

You are correct on this. Though others just blame the deer only.


But the lower you are to the ground the more ticks you are likely to pick up.

There has always been hunting on Long Island, however deer season is generally January. Supposedly this is supposed to be controlled hunting in certain areas.
