I need an expediter for the TOH. This will be the first time I use this service. Can somebody recommend a company/person that actually delivers results and fairly priced. Is $3300.00 for exp. services to get permit to enlarge window and close single rear door replacing it with patio too high? How would I know if expediter: actually delivers results?
