Anyone can gripe. I myself have filed a complaint on the BBB regarding another well known construction company (it was my very first post on C-D  ). There are several things to look at with complaints but I focus on the ones that are resolved. There's a construction company in my area that does great work and I'm thinking they must not be over-priced or too expensive because they gutted and reconstructed 3 houses on my street. Each house came out gorgeous and during the construction they always kept the sidewalk and street clean and neat. There's been a few complaints on them too. |
I can understand word-of-mouth, but I can't see people making complaints on BBB on behalf of a friend. Don't you need to call someone or register on their website first? Seems like it takes a lot of work, but I don't really know. Plus, I waste way too much time on this dopey website to complain on BBB.
