I'm looking for a good bakery around the Holbrook area. I'm looking for actual bread not deserts and stuff.

There's Benkerts on Middle County Rd in Centereach or

Audrey's on Montauk Hwy in West Sayville across from the Golf course.

There's an EXCELLENT Italian bakery in Holbrook called Dolci Momenti (sweet moment ). It's in the row of stores immediately south of the CVS. There's a bagel deli, a greek restaurant, and this bakery. I highly recommend it.

yes ive been there zen. I agree the place is better than lombardi's. however i feel they need more of a variety. Then again i guess im spoiled, the bakery i used to go to in queens is ran by the pastry chef of the waldorf astoria.
