Anyone have experience or insight about Somerset Village or Fairfield Properties (apartment complexes, to rent)

Sorry to post a second thread, but I thought this was pretty unrelated to my previous one.

Has anyone had experience with or knowledge about somerset Village (Somerset Village) or Fairfield Properties (http://fairfieldproperties.com/)?

I'm looking into apartment complexes to rent from, and I found these. Anyone have any other recommendations on apartment complexes? Thank you.

Somerset Village on August Rd is a great place to live. We lived there for two years years ago and I have a co-worker who has been there for years. You may have to get on a waiting list but if you can swing rent it is a nice place. Fairfield ...not so much.

Btw, do you know of any other good complexes that either you or people you know lived in and liked?
