Does anyone know if an RV is allowed in a persons backyard.
My neighbor has a huge broken down RV on his backyard that is becoming an eye soar for me.
There is also a dumpster in her backyard. I think her son is running a business from the home.
Does anyone know the town ordinances on this situation ?

If you can report that, I should be able to report my 350lb neighbors sunbathing.

Front yard would be a violation I think if it was the permanent storage site, but you are allowed to have these things in the rear yard. Unless, of course, it is a health/safety issue, but that would be a hard road to go down. I guess people are allowed to do thoughtless, ugly things.

Might check with the Board of Health. RV's can get infested with rodents if not properly sealed.

I don't think you have a say if it's being stored there, but if someone is living in it that's another story.
