Georgio's in Farmingdale by far. Better cup of coffee than anywhere I have ever been, and that includes Seattle, NYC, San Fran, Rome, and Vienna. If you brew your own, their Mexican coffees are fantastic and well worth the additional cost($20-25/lb).

Has anyone tried the coffee at the newly-opened Ideal Cheese & Wine Cafe in Huntington Village? Looks like it's owned by Georgios which is getting rave reviews here- had I known I would have tried the coffee when I was there a few days ago. Very cute place with coffee, pastries, wine, cheese & a full menu!
Actually one of my favorite coffees is from a chain - Havana Central.
Same here. I like the coffee at Panera's.
