Serious question, not a racial debate. Where on LI (preferably Suffolk, Nassau ok too) are there black Santas for Christmas pics?

When I was growing up there were many stores in Hempstead that had black Santas. Today all of them are gone. (A&S, the primary one). I would call the Wyandanch, Hempstead or Roosevelt fire Dept and ask. I know they used to have non emergency numbers and ask if they have a picture day.

I can understand the question quite easily and did not for one minute take it incorrectly.

Mount Misery and the recent library book fine threads were the best ever. But this one is awesome too.

Thank you! I remember that A&S, too, but now don't know of any. I'll call them!

Kids do not care if Santa was polka dot.

Only adults do.

Lol I've never seen a black Santa in my life, nor a hispanic one or an Asian one, want to know why? Because Santa is white!
