When looking for houses to buy in Nassau County, looking at 'My nassau property' some of the houses have something called a ' Property Report Card'
My question is:
1) Why only some houses have that ( regardless of year built)
2) What useful information can I get (gather) by looking at that document from a buyer's stand point.
3) Is it a good thing or a bad thing to have a property report card on file ?
4) Does that mean the house was 'reported' by neighbors or anybody for any reason to the town which made the town to come in an issue a 'report card'

Thank you all for your kind replies.

No! Before computers existed or were commonly used, municipalities kept their records on cards and all changes were reflected on these cards, such as additions, changes to assessments, sqft, etc. You will see all entries handwritten (except for name/address of owners). Most (if not all) older homes in Nassau County have a "Property Report Card".
