Is there anywhere the eviction case can be search (using name), or any tenant eviction reporting site? (rental)

One of my friend, they move from to U.S, make over three millions investment in industry, and purchase two property for rental, so do some of her friends.

Recently, one of her friend lost lots of money for one of the eviction case, the bad tenant is a new Hongkong immigrant, she lie about almost everything, and move in, then didn't pay rental since the second month, the whole case take more than half year, even with court judgement, the landlord can not get any money back. They suspect that Hongkong immigrant use the fake marriage, since her husband (U.S citizen) never really live with them, and don't pay for anything.

Here are couple of questions.

1. is there anywhere the eviction case can be searched online, since the court judgement should be public record, is it possible to search from the court report, if so, how?

2. is there any web site which can report the eviction case, so other landlord won't be fooled by the same person twice. In this case, this Hongkong women is over 50 years old, and with two kids, she only hold the international driver license, and more suspicious is, the luxury car she drove didn't register under her name, she used to own a small business, seems like that the business is failed.

3. can landlord ask this lady's husband to pay the rental (per judgement), her husband is on lease, if it was rejected, can they report this suspicious case to immigration service office.

Why is it any of your concern? It's your friend's friend's case. Stay out of it.
