Does the inmates from the prisons in Nassau and Riverhead go to the doctor's office in the neighborhoods. Please go back and read or look up the detention centers before you make such comments. They are PRISONS, they are held in a DETENTION CENTER setting and it's not club med like you seem to believe. Your tax bill does not see a hit at all and the federal government handles them as they work to deport them.
I hope that clears it up for you. Reading is fundamental
It is not at all uncommon to see Sheriff's vehicles ferrying inmates from Riverhead to University Hospital for treatment in the clinics. The Suffolk County Department of Health handles dental matters.

They absolutly go to dr office & hospitals. Guarded by law enforcement. Yes, dentist too. I guess more staff will be needed too to baby sit. More tax money, thanks to the liberals!
Reguardless, its still a better enviorment from where they came from!
You're kidding.
All the doctors, dentists, medical staff, guards, administrative staff, ICE, DHS, State Dept. all work for free??
I never said they work for free. People jumped at the thought of them using the resources in their neighborhood. The schools, doctors/hospitals, ect. I never said anyone works for free I simply said they will not be let loose on the schools or the community as some have suggested earlier.

Well it's a moot point now. They wouldn't have been 'let loose', but they would have been utilizing community services (health sector) under the escort of guards, placing a further strain on already overburdened public services.
Normally I would agree roc, but hey, when you've already got a toxic plume, who knows?! Housing detainees for money starts looking as promising as slapping up a new Walgreens!
Although on a slightly serious note, it's pretty distasteful attacking the "horde of kids." Purple, blue, illegal, whatever, it's still just kids. They don't deserve this crap. Just assimilate them so they will love America and be proud citizens. That's a commodity harder and harder to find these days. I'm not sure I buy the whole anti-immigration thing as much anymore, seeing the imbeciles the "natives" vote in every November and how clusterpooed our whole system of govt has become. Don't see how little Julio becoming an American is going to make it any worse. As long as he doesn't grow up to vote for Michele Bachmann.
But where does it end? We give these kids amnesty then what? Another wave comes, then another. And another wanting the same thing. Do we allow the entire third world in? There is a reason all sovereign nations with borders have immigration controls.
Also the vast majority of these 'children' are 14 and older. The media frames this like there are toddlers crossing the border.
Just got a recorded call from Mangano boasting how he, Isreal, and King stopped the govt's, nefarious Bethpage plan. Politicians don't miss a beat do they?
Wow, over literal and serious much? And yes, I think tourists are hordes too. Another negative connotation. I prefer nomads.
Sorry, I reserve the shorter words for CD as opposed to sesquipedalian confabulation. And, yes, when I am serious about something I tend to use words in their most literal sense in an effort to prevent them from being misconstrued or twisted.
If you found horde negative, so be it. It was an apt noun.
I found the whole concept of housing illegal alien youths (some of whom are 17 & 18) in an old factory for what could be as long as 500 days (if HHS doesn't locate their family in the US) a huge negative and a drain on all taxpayers. While still a drain, it is no longer Bethpage's potential headache or a greedy landlord's windfall -- cashing in on young people in a bad situation.
Many years ago I was in Stonybrook on bed rest with a pregnancy complication. In the room next to me, there was an inmate and of course the police had to stay there all night also.
