80 S Howell Ave, Farmingville, NY 11738 | Listing Information | MLSLI.com - Long Island Real Estate

176 Berkshire Dr, Farmingville, NY 11738 | Listing Information | MLSLI.com - Long Island Real Estate

I saw these two homes in Farmingville that are under 240,000. I'm curious on what these areas are like. I see there's an open house on Sunday and I might need to swing by. I'm curious though for people who know the area how are the streets?

The streets are most likely composed of a concrete and asphalt mix. There could be some sections of potholes. There is also likely to be concrete curb with drainage along the sides of the streets.

I knew you were going to do that. I tried to rephrase that but I didn't get a chance to in time. How are these streets and areas I meant.

Generally flat streets... The areas are flat but there are hilly spots.

That's a decent part of Farmingville. I have a friend who lives right in that area- he's worth quite a few mil.

Berkshire makes Blue Point Rd. look almost flat by comparison!

Don't worry. I'm sure there will be a thread for every house that he goes and sees.
