That's great! I've equally received numerous messages stating how childish and moronic your posts are.

But of course you're free to continue to do what you wish...irrationally search for homes...and I will enjoy it.

Just out of curiosity...how DO you conduct a search? What parameters could you possibly be using to find a home that covers a 40 mile span across the island?

I have a full time job, 40 hours a week with benefits.

That you entertained canceling to save a few bucks. That shows how uneducated you are about being a grown up.

He probably works for a corporate cleaning company or something like that. Maybe even merry maids!

Not everyone knows every little aspect of life. People learn. Regardless of age. I have worked for many years doing freelance and temp work so I have not had insurance so how what I know? Again you love to bash others for potentially not knowing things that not every single person in the world knows regardless what you say.

So you think questioning having no benefits is a lifelong learning experience? What world do you live in?

Oh so the cleaning & DJing are side jobs then?

Even if so, they will only count your full-time job in the mortgage qualification unless the side jobs arent on the book. Even if it is extra income, the bank doesnt see it that way and will only qualify you based on IRS reportings of your income.
