LIQUEST if your job is just DJing & cleaning, unless you report that to the IRS (paid on the books), you may not even qualify for anything. Chances are they will want paystubs.

Not everyone knows every little aspect of life. People learn. Regardless of age. I have worked for many years doing freelance and temp work so I have not had insurance so how what I know? So you think questioning having no benefits is a lifelong learning experience? What world do you live in?
Even if so, they will only count your full-time job in the mortgage qualification unless the side jobs arent on the book. Even if it is extra income, the bank doesnt see it that way and will only qualify you based on IRS reportings of your income.
