I'm finished entertaining your bashing. Get a life and do something better with your time rather than talking down someone who might know less than you.
It's also said that a lot of this bashing on here has nothing to do with Port Jefferson which was initial question. Again high school attitudes.
You see it as bashing because you are clueless on what goes into buying a home...or living life as an adult for that matter. You are the one with a high school attitude.
this is fascinating. Here we have people who have bought and sold multiple homes advising this person on a reasonable course of action, and he completely dismisses it in favor of his own "research" methods! Brilliant!

The main issue isn't that I don't know things that others know. The main issue that people have is basically they're childish based upon their superior complexes which make them feel to bully others. Maybe their lives a horrible and they don't like their lives and maybe they're just miserable. But they put down someone constantly just because they don't believe that they should be posting the things that they do shows that they have to much time on their hands to spend time with family and work. That's what I find sad about it. Everyone starts somewhere with understanding things in life and homes and things like that.
