Hi does any one know of a website or where to look to find forclosers on long island? i would prefer suffolk county but nassau is ok to.

Whats the diff bet a fore closer and a short sale? is one a better way to go then the other? DO you have to bid on a fore closer or its for sale by the bank? Can you go see a prop before you put a offer on it?
sorry for dumb questions just I figure if i am going to pay $14 a month for rent i mite as well try to put the money towards a investment. i don't know if thats smart idea or not.
