I have a few military friends from there and they are always telling me of the economic struggles of the state. If you are going anywhere near Detroit or Flint forget it. When you see homes for $10,000 there is usually a good reason for it. My suggestion would be to go there before selling and put applications in first.

Basically sums it up When you move, you're just trading a different set of pros and cons-- different people have different tolerances for pros and cons.

Incidentally, is it just me, or has it been a few months since our last Long Island vs. the South blowouts? Good job, people
