If you have the time to dedicate to it then plea not guilty.

There are sites online that have a template for not guilty pleas to red light camera tickets. Attach one of those and send it via certified mail.

YEs you need to pay it. You even admitted you didn't stop at the light.

If you do not pay it they will eventually come after you with interest, additional fees.
