I love that Islip still does stuff like that and the Christmas festival. I mean, Hocus Pocus or Casper is not MY cup of tea, per se, but it's nice that there are safe alternatives.

Clark Gardens in Albertson which is a TNH park does its' annual Spooky Walk for two nights, Oct 23 & 24 from 6:30 - 9:30 both nights and the Not so spooky walk on Sunday the 25 from 12-4. The nights are $5 and the day is $3.

If you google TNH Spooky Walk 2015 or Clark Gardens Spooky Walk. You will be able to read about it.

There's usually one at the Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck to support the camp (special needs kids and adults) and it is WELL worth the 15.00 price tag. It's REALLY good and fun and scary and the money goes to a good cause.

I dont know what the movies are but you said you do. What are the movies or where can I look it up? I do other things but I am on forums too. You are on forums as much as me I think.

Yes but I post in the other forums other than LI. Mostly the food and recipe section. Anyway children's Halloween movies can include, Frankenweenie, nightmare before Christmas, Casper the friendly ghost, The great pumpkin (Charlie Brown).

And Spookly the Square Pumpkin, my daughter's fave when she was a toddler. Got pretty sick of it but it was cute for awhile.

My 3 y/o who loves pumpkins would probably go nuts at this event. However, at $26 per person for a family of four, I think I'll just buy a bunch of pumpkins and carve it up myself.
