On Main Street in Islip they have a safe Halloween. This means the kids can go trick or treating to all of the local business's and trick or treat. At the end there will be a Halloween party for the kids at 401 main street. I also believe they will be showing a kid friendly Halloween movie. Nothing bad.
Lubby what are the kid friendly haloween movies? Are they like harry potter or cartoons? Why do you think they show them?

I love that Islip still does stuff like that and the Christmas festival. I mean, Hocus Pocus or Casper is not MY cup of tea, per se, but it's nice that there are safe alternatives.

There's usually one at the Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck to support the camp (special needs kids and adults) and it is WELL worth the 15.00 price tag. It's REALLY good and fun and scary and the money goes to a good cause.
If you don't know the answer to the above in bold then I am at a loss for words. Do you do other things besides spend your time posting on here?
I dont know what the movies are but you said you do. What are the movies or where can I look it up? I do other things but I am on forums too. You are on forums as much as me I think.

Yes but I post in the other forums other than LI. Mostly the food and recipe section. Anyway children's Halloween movies can include, Frankenweenie, nightmare before Christmas, Casper the friendly ghost, The great pumpkin (Charlie Brown).

And Spookly the Square Pumpkin, my daughter's fave when she was a toddler. Got pretty sick of it but it was cute for awhile.
My 3 y/o who loves pumpkins would probably go nuts at this event. However, at $26 per person for a family of four, I think I'll just buy a bunch of pumpkins and carve it up myself.
