Probably the tenants. But then I had other section 8 tenants with the same issues ; not paying their share.

i have 2 boys and 1 girl i have section8 trying to move to long island do anyone know how much bedroom im i going to get.

Who issued your voucher? They're not always transferable from one County to another. You're going to need a 3-BR rental; best to call the proper authorities for details. Also important to find out for how much $$ you qualify.
BTW, there are few Section 8 rentals out there - more people looking than rentals available. Many landlords don't want to deal with programs.
