As for the investment there is no way that I'm going to share that information with people who are so crass and immature. And again I'm not directing this to you or anyone else. I'm just saying people need to stop focusing on bashing me and focus more on commenting on Farmingville based upon the questions that I asked specifically for people who actually live in Farmingville in these areas.

That is part of my research.

OK I understand that. I am willing to take a dm from you and you have my word that I will not release the name of the company to another person. I will research it and then give you my opinion of this venture. What I will say about my word and integrity is that when I was working I had personal phone numbers of people whose names you would recognize, and I still have contact with a few of those same folks. To date, no one has ever gotten a phone number from me. I am looking to prevent you from making a mistake in committing even a penny of your money whether it is for the downpayment or in addition to it. I used to get paid to do what I am offering to do for you for free.

Do you live in Farmingville and if so what area? And how much did you buy your house for?

I bought for 39k back in 1981. I'd rather not post where I exactly live on here. I'm sure you understand.

What's terrible? It's a nice town for lower middle class families and the truth is I can easily find someone to do household work that I'm too old to do for a fair price.

You cannot make up your mind. Buying, renting, two years, three years, and now you're down to one year. You are all over the place.
Noticed you dodged my question.

I live bang in the middle of Farmingville and it's amazing, probably the best town on LI or at least LI's best-kept secret. No need to post any more questions here, you buy now.
