What are some exotic cuisine restaurants on Long Island not too far from Queens?

I am particularly interested in Scandinavian cuisine. I want to exclude carribean cuisines. I know about those. Are there any scandinavian restaurants on Long Island like Swedish, or norwegian? How about Baltic restaurants?

What is the most exotic cuisine you have had on Long Island? Also, I want to exclude south asian cuisines also. I have had those already.

I have tried searching this on the intrawerbz, and I get nothing. Dose long island only have italian, chinese, diners, generic steak and seafood, and casual dining franchises?

The Living Room Restaurant in East Hampton Long Island | offMetro NY

Not so close but there it is in all its glory. No rotten shark or Lutkefisk I'm afraid. That would be pretty exotic.
