Another place that does this is the church-- Our Lady Queen of Martyrs-- totally not understanding of working parents' schedules. It's bad enough that religion is at 4:30 in Centerport when they don't get off the bus until 4:05-4:10 in Greenlawn but then once a month you are supposed to attend a meeting and the times are 10AM or 7PM.

I have friends with kids in Huntington schools and they are happy. One has a son in the STEM school. They have full day K too.
I would say look at Greenlawn to the OP if you want more kids outside. It's flatter land would lend itself to playing "outside" more so than a hilly area like CPT.

That happened several years ago and the police have been addressing any criminal issues ever since. The school was reopened as our STEM school and has been very successful. Funny how some of those parents who were great at putting down our schools have suddenly had a change of heart and are clamoring to get into the STEM school!

BTW, none of those problems were in the schools.

They're looking in South Huntington, not Harborfields.
And why are they so unhappy? You don't mention that. South Huntington is no different from Huntington if their problem is diversity, they should know that.

Home value in most of Huntington is going up like elsewhere.
