DH grew up in GC. He reiterated the old real estate cliché, you never want to be the highest home on the block nor the lowest, both Meadow and Willow are on the lowest side of the fence in terms of GC overall. Doesn't mean it is bad but proceed with much research before you decide.

I really would not equate Willow or Garden with Meadow Street. They are totally different.
