Our last job we only had him do a paver walkway leading up to the stoop from the driveway and it was ~$1500 which was reasonable. He doesn't just do high-end large projects. But if anything, pouring concrete for a small area he may think it'd be too cost prohibitive for the return he's getting since he's got to bring in heavy machinery. Definitely at least talk to him.
She called him and is waiting to hear back. She has slate/brick stoop, she may need new columns and possibly railings too. She has 4 steps and the stoop is wide. In fact she called 4 other guys yesterday and is waiting to get a call back.
Natalie is only licensed in Suffolk and the 2 Obeehave recommended are only licensed in Suffolk as well. Need someone who will do this job in Nassau county.BTW my mom's stoop is slate. Not sure if she will do the same or not.
Don't know anything about them but I just got a home improvement ad magazine in the mail; one place is called Stoop-It (dotcom). The ad has a license number for both Nassau and Suffolk.
