Let's not forget. Trish Bergin. Coulda been Mrs. Billy Joel.
OP can you explain how you get News 12 on a Roku?
She was very nice when I met her once. We were at a place where the band was playing a Billy Joel song so she called him up so he could hear the arrangement. Now she's a...shudder...politician.

Yes, the LI version is available (for free) on Roku through "Nowhere TV." channel. They also have 12 News "Bronx" "Brooklyn" "Jersey" and another one from north of the City.
^ Probably an app. I'm on FIOS but can still get News12 broadcasts online and still don't choose to watch it. I don't know what the appeal is, honestly. They have like 30 minutes of news on a loop and 2 minutes of traffic and weather on a loop. How is this better than other online news, traffic, and weather that can be accessed in 10 seconds?
Anyway - about the accents, I'm really glad we don't hear it on tv that often.
um, what 24 hour news channel has constant live feeds? NONE.

:-)
Thanks. we have relocated to De from LI and we always check in on the local stuff as both of our entire families are still on LI. so that is yet another insight other than newsday.
And is it me or is http://longisland.news12.com/ live and traffic&weather live (the yellow buttons on the top right) free for everyone anyway? I'm not logged in.
