That's a totally different situation. If people are paying an agent and you don't have a contract, that's just silly. I'd never do that.

Even crazier I list a summer rental on line and I have a broker who usually gets me some folks I always tell her since landlord pays fee it has to be 10% higher than I can get myself at a min.

And folks use a realtor. Meanwhile they are paying 10% more.
