Its amazing, Asians advocacy groups are actually suing Harvard for using racial quotas. Because asians now are now becoming victims of good old reverse discrimination in the elite academic world. Wow.
That's one example. Another is that some Arab groups are petitioning the Feds to list them as a separate race instead of lumping them in with whites/other, so they can get on the AA gravy train.

It's irrelevant, no white, Asian, or other non-affirmative action race has gotten into every ivy. It just doesn't happen. The way the math works, even if her SAT was perfect, her race gives her a boost over someone else with the exact same scores and qualifications.
I posted the methodology earlier, read the article from Princeton. They don't seek to hide this - they just prize diversity in their student body and don't care how they get it.

No, it really doesn't. That article indicates that about 15% of white kids are below the schools' normal standards and are admitted either as recruited athletes or for political reasons - donors, legacies, celebrities, etc. Tell you what, let's eliminate that kind of favoritism too. Except they won't, because those kids and their parents earn the schools lots of money.

The feelings of entitlement are truly universal!
Thanks for posting the articles.
It still does not take away from the young woman posted in the original article.
The fact that she has so many other accomplishments besides getting in the Ivies demonstrates to me that she is indeed a superb thinker.
Did she decide what school will she be attending?
Good job. Take that all those people I know that "wouldn't dare" put their kids in Elmont or Sewanhaka.
Proud grad of Elmont Memorial here! Proud of this young woman and her amazing accomplishments.
Ivies want BOTH excellence and diversity. Which is how it should be.
