I purchased a shed (resin Costco style) 6 x 8 to assemble in my yard. Do I have to worry about any permits for this? It is not a permanent structure. It may be a silly question, but I know Brookhaven is notorious for little things like this. I tried to go to their website, but as most things in Brookhaven, it is not working. Thanks in advance.

No permit is required in Brookhaven for sheds smaller than 144 sq. feet and a maximum height of 12 ft: http://www.brookhaven.org/DesktopMod...d=0&TabId=1181

Just make sure you observe proper setback - not too close to the property line.

Thanks. Shed is only 6x8, but still turned out to be a project. Thanks for your help.
