I recently moved in Long Island and need to hire weekly lawn mowing and other maintenance services on my yard. My lot is 0.25 acre. The guy quoted me $50 per week for lawn mowing, $450 for spring clean up, $385 for shrub pruning, $300 leaf cleaning and $275 for final clean up in winter. There is an itemized list for lawn chemical program too. I am new to the suburb and just want to get a sense if these prices are reasonable or on higher end?
Also lives in great neck, with a 0.45 lot. paying $1600 yearly for 10 month of work (spring cleaning, weekly lawn mowing, fall cleaning that include leaf blowing) all my neighbors are using the same landscape now.
I just bought a house in glen head. I was quoted $330 monthly and first month is more $900. I have relatively small lawn. Can you recommend your mowing company for me?
