Still can't believe this is happening this quick.
You're not going to be one of those people who hasn't packed when the walk through happens, are you? I started packing before we even got a realtor!

P.S. Congrats!

House was packed and cleaned before the sign went up.
I'm hoping the buyer will buy the furniture as well. I don't want to bring anything. Get rid of it all is my motto.

When we sold our mother's home we were left the dilemma of what to do with 3 BR's, den, kitchen, LR and garage worth of furniture. Furniture was all 20+ years old but in very good shape. Solution. Talked to one of our landscapers and offered him contents for free. The next weekend he showed up with a two U-Haul trucks and a half dz friends. Two hours later house was empty.

Free won't work too well for me.
Just bought all this crap after Sandy.
Thousands of bucks worth of furniture.
I'd like to get *something* for it. Resale on furniture sucks so I'm not looking for crazy money. Hopefully the buyers take some or all of it.

Tell your realtor to ask their agent about it ASAP, if they are coming from an apartment and your house is smoke free and no pets they might be interested.

If not put it on craigslist and use your RE listing photos.

Not surprised! My friend just sold 2 of his listings in my area in 2 days flat! In both cases the 2nd person to look at home were the buyers. One is all cash deal & will close fast. Said it is an investor that will keep it & continue to use it as he was. As rental.

Congrats & hope it goes to closing smoothly with no roadblocks.

The higher the house sells for more commission the agents make. Zillow makes money from Agents advertising . Win win for all involved except the buyer...

Cant really say much for the listing as there are 0 photos of interior....a red flag for me. This property is zoned for Barnum so that carries a premium and I noticed a 22% property tax spike from 2014-2015....so remodeling and renovations done was likely during that timeframe.
