My best advice for you is go on estatesales.net on pay attention to good neighborhoods. Look at the estate sale pictures and see what they have. I see outdoor sets on Glen Cove and Garden city in multi million dollar houses sold very cheap.

Fortunoff for end of season sale. Or home depot and lowes for end of season clearance. Great deals to be had . Fortunoff has better quality and variety than the big box stores.
