They so far refuse to release names. Bet they are ALL Hispanic names & ALL here illegally. First off I agree with you but understand Suffolk County (not Brentwood) is sanctuary and unless they are making an exception in this case, they will not be holding any alien arrests for ICE detainers. A good % of those arrested probably are illegal but there are plenty of MS in Brentwood that are USCs as well. Any federal arrests that are illegal will certainly be put into deportation proceedings (after they serve their sentence at taxpayers expense of course). Also notice i put deportation proceedings, just because they are taken into ICE custody and are illegal does not mean they will actually be deported, that is up to the immigration judge which in most cases has a ton of options to give them relief and let then stay. The only way an alien is quickly deported is if they waive all their due process rights and agree to an expedited removal. The while process is in the aliens favor, much more so even under the current administration.
MS-13 has infiltrated many areas not just CI or Bay Shore (two words). They've been Huntington since the turn of the century and forced the district to close an elementary school for a couple years.

Uh, yeah I'm well aware. Never said they were only in those areas. They have cliques all over, Huntington station, Westbury, Hempstead, even port Washington/manorhaven to name a few.

Because it's well documented that the wave of unaccompanied "minors" has contributed to MS13s resurgence. This has been well documented in the media. Time to get real here and stop blaming everything on xenophobia. There is an excellent chance a good percentage of those arrested are illegal (not all).
