Okay, this will probably seem like a joke, but I'm serious! I would like to sell my house in the coming year and I've read about co's. I'm not sure exactly what they are (even though I read about them online), so how would I know if I need it/them?

Are you supposed to have more than 1? I've had a number of improvements and my garage removed; does anyone know how can I find out if they qualify? Is there an inspector that I could have come over and do a walk around? I've been told to have a new survey and compare to the old one

? I'm the type that likes to dot i's and cross t's so I don't want to wait for closing and suddenly find out that x, y and z needs to be done. Apprreciate any info on this as I don't know where to begin. Thank you.
