I was interested in a house for sale in Melville a few months ago, but it was a little out of my price range. I tried to find it again on MLSLI and noticed it is no longer listed. I assume it was sold. How can I find out what it sold for - I am curious how much they finally accepted.
Has anyone here used Realty Trac? How was it? Was it worth the money? Mr. Tom Moser you should know something about this, right?
I don't use Realty Trac and I have access to public record through MLS, so I can't really advise you on that.
To jmax: If you would like to send me a private message with the address, I'd be glad to look it up and tell you what happened to the house that you are curious about.
I believe that the actual selling prices on Zillow are accurate. But when you look at Zillow's estimates, they can be very well be off 10-20% off. Thats what I have noticed anyways.
