It's for the 2016-17 school tax bill. Meaning the bill you got in October 2016.

Have owned in Suffolk since 2000, I checked my tax bill from Jan 10 of this year and see 1,323.00 star savings and on Saturday I received a check for Property Tax Relief so I guess I have everything I should have
