Given there's multiple homes for people with mental challenges within a few blocks of the Subway, it's not something I'm surprised to hear.

Why is this and what do you mean by it? They are near subways in islip and it also where the parents of the children were? You say mental chalenges and it is where they go to live or where they go to see the doctor?
