Any home improvement contractor that charges over 10k for a custom built shed that looks like the OP's most likely doesn't want the job or has no work. It's just not a reasonable price. Why is it not as easy to just pay a carpenter to do the job? Because you don't know any?
Don't know why this poster posted this. Even their material cost of $1500-$2000 was way off in another post of theirs.

If you read the whole thread it's not that difficult to follow. Someone said to build a shed properly by a contractor it would cost 3x the cost of the OP's shed. The price for good materials that will last 40 years+ is around $1500-2000. Not for osb and 2x4s 24" on center.
In regards to quality of floor, included in the price I paid was the floor upgrade. PT plywood, on 2x6 joists 16" on center. I don't mind the price I paid, just want to make sure the roof construction won't be a source of headaches in the years to come.
