I was surprised to find slim pickins on MLSLI for North Wantagh....a couple months ago it seemed like every other house was for sale on my block.
It's in good shape- needs some updating, but nothing major. I think one could live with most of the cosmetic changes that need to be made. We did not see anything else in that range- everything else we looked at was around $399k.
I liked the neighborhood a lot- but you're right- the pickins' are slim in N. Wantagh.
ETA: OhBeeHave- I LOVE that house! I wish it wasn't so far east.
