Are you thinking like public health administration? Or a more hands on like a P.A or N.P?

My friend does this - makes about $80/hour in PA - about $160K annually assuming 40 hours a week. More like healthcare and IT though...

You can pursue a career in HR (Human Resources). You will likely handle Benefits Administration, Affordable Care Act compliance, Leave of Absences and Workers Compensation; so there is a lot of overlap between business and the medical field. A lot of hospitals, pharmaceutical compies, health insurance companies and Home Health Care agencies seek HR Workers also (though they are needed in almost every industry).

You can relatively easily become an HR Manager or Director of HR after 6+ years of broad experience in HR, some supervisory experience and some HR education (whether its an HR degree or a SHRM certification). These positions tend to pay from $80k-$150k. Vice Presidents of HR are not too common but they tend to pay over $120k; usually proven results as an HR Mgr/Director is needed for this.

Of course NYC jobs have a higher pay scale than LI jobs so also keep this in mind; and bigger companies often pay more. Certain industries pay more too.

You can complete a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. I did this for my MBA, but believe there are options for undergrad to do this as well. It's a great combination if you're interested in more of the administrative/managerial/operational side of healthcare. But it doesn't limit you to just that field either.
