Where to buy CAC Filter (can;t find in Home Depot) (Commack: store, Sears)

Hello- My CAC filter is 29 1/2 x 29 1/2 x 1.
They do not have at Lowes, Sears or Home Depot.
Is there an HVAC supply store where I can get them?
I am in Commack but will travel.

I use www.filtersfast.com for water and air filters. You can set up a subscription, too.

Amazon might have them as well.

There was a discussion about filters on the NC board some time back and people with odd sizes said sometimes they just cut them to size.

My mom orders her filters on Amazon. Did you try Ace hardware or true value hardware??

You should be aware that the actual size of the filters are in fact different than the "packaged sizes'.

I suggest measuring the actual size of your filter & then going to HD with a measuring tape to find the same size. Chances are they do have it.
