Hello everyone, I've been looking for a real estate agent who is very familiar with Levittown, lindenhurst, or perhaps can recommend another surrounding city. Because of the high taxes, budget is around $350k. Can someone please recommend me someone or perhaps a realtor from this forum who specializes in these areas, id appreciate it. Thanks

What made you pick Levittown and Lindenhurst? They are not exactly close to each other and have a different vibe.
What are you looking for in a community, other than price? And what size house/property do you want/need?
Those are the only 2 areas that are in my price range (more so lindenhurst) that I have co workers and friends who live there and say great things about. Also I've been taking drives 2 both areas at different times of days and all seems fine.
This is why I need a real estate to guide me and recommend other areas that I may not know. I want a quiet area, moreso like Levittown with 3/4 bedrooms and garage. Preferably with updated kitchen, etc. doesn't have to be big either in my price range.
Also looking for single family. What makes it difficult is the high taxes. But I already have a loan officer, preapproval and at this point just looking for a good home. If any one with experience and motivation is willing to help, please let me know. Thanks

I highly recommend the one we used from Douglas Elliman. She was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive (she will answer all text messages within 2 hrs). I will DM you details.
Any other recommendations? I don't need my realter, lawyer, etc. to be nice, polite - I just need them to be efficient and effective. Quick response is a must.
