We've being using Homeserve for 3 years for their heating (gas) and cooling service plan. Overall I'm happy with their services but the price kept going up fast. I just got renewal letter today and it's now $500 a year. Does anyone have any recommendation for a another service provider? Or should we consider going w/o service and just be prepared to pay for repair? The heating system is about 35 years old and the A/C is maybe 10-15 years. Thanks!
