Yes but I'm not concerned about being in a "top" district-I dont plan on selling for another 10-15 years. I think that the areas I am interested in have districts that are fine.

Just saw a house go on the market in Farmingdale with HHH SD in your price range. They don't come along very often!

If you want to be closer to highways but in a nice area look at the area around West 22nd St between Oakwood and Cold Spring Hills Rd...my sister used to live over there. Once you get closer to Huntington's village area you are looking at a decent commute just to get to the highways (not terrible but why not be closer if you can be).

Jericho to W22 east of Oakwood is 'different' then north of W22nd St and east of Oakwood. That's still Huntington 11743.

The numbered Ave's & Streets North of W22nd have a lot of overcrowded 'rental' homes ...if you know what I mean. Thats Huntington Station 11746

You're right - it is 11743 over there. My sister was so happy about it when she moved there LOL.

How are the streets right by oakwood? For instance Kerry street and cork place ? Looks like a nice neighborhood around there ..how much do the houses usually go for around there
