TOB-Farmingdale.

We have three (3) on our block. It looks like a parking lot on the street.

I approached one of the owners- and asked them to have their tenant park somewhere else (they
constantly park in front of my house. Tonight with the storm i'm extremely aggravated with situation)

Well the husband said to me something along-the-lines of exercise is good for you. argggggh!!!!

Now i searched TOB website and it says I have to file a notarized form.

Isn't that ridiculous!

You can call in someone on a Nassau County Tip-line anonymous for a criminal act, for
illegal rentals you have to put your name to a paper and face potential retribution.

NY is generally tenant friendly, so I'm not sure what you'd expect otherwise.

Unfortunately you also don't own the space in front of your house either...so you have no grounds for complaint there.

If you want to feel better use the snowblower first thing after the storm and block them in.

So call the tip line and say it's a house full of illegal ms-13 gang members and they are selling drugs and running a prostitution ring.

And they're also doing remodeling work inside without a permit. That'll get the town involved for sure!

I’m not familiar with TOB but I would call anyway although your neighbor will be able to figure out it’s you since you said something.
Maybe call the town about a shed or fence and hopefully that will open a can of worms.

Illegal rentals are key because they pay for all those TOB parking stickers to keep the town afloat

We had a situation years ago with an illegal appartment next door. They had a family of five living in basement with two dogs. So I called town and was blown off. So then I decided I would call the same secretary, the same time, everyday and repeat to her the same story. I knew after a couple weeks that lady would either quit or tell her boss to fix it. It took one week and that Friday I said have a nice weekend and I'll talk to her Monday. I called that Monday and she said her boss will be at the house with an insprector that day. They were. Tenants were removed. I called the secretary to thank her.

Move somewhere else where there is plenty of legal housing.
