If a couple both commutes to the city, can we both log in under the same username and have them scan it?

Why stop at two? All of us at C-D can share one account.

Once you activate it, the ticket stays active for 2 hours. If you log in at 715 and your wife needs it at 815 it won't work. If you can space it 2 hours it should work. My wife had to go to into the city for 2 days i took of work and she used my account w/o any issues from her phone. A friend of mine said metro north once in a blue moon actually scans phones.

They only allow you to log in from a different device a couple of times. So no that probably won't work.

Has anyone noticed that they removed gender boxes M and F from tickets starting this January?

They had a PR release about it, pretty much we live in a world where a dude can say he feels like a freaking woman and now Tom is Tanya. The LIRR doesn't want to offend these "mentally ill" people that have "gender identity issues" They never checked anyway. I let my mom and wife use my tix 2x a month never had any issues. It's not on the mobile tix either I purchased it last month and went back to paper.

Do they mark it as M- or F like they do the paper tickets?

EDIT: I see above they removed it.
