I was wondering if they planned on having the approach further northeast over Port Chester Harbor (in NYS) , enter the mainland in city of Port Chester, then circle and enter by the old United Hospital area, away from all the shoreline $$$.
Never saw real detailed plans on exactly where the bridge approach would be in Westchester.
The LI side has Centre Island and Lattingtown adjacent to Bayville, big $$$ there too.
