I actually hope you're right. Hopefully it's sooner than that. I'll save for another year, than get an apartment or something and ride out the remaining craziness. I just hope the market does actually turn around.

Prices were sky high in the 90's. A heartbeat and a social got you a mortgage.
Then the market took a dump around 06 or 07.
It gradually climbed back up post recession.
The past few years it was a steady incline back to telephone numbers.
I have first hand experience because I sold and bought in '07 and again in 16/17.
Goes in cycles. Its due for a decline again soon.
