Tbh I spend a lot of time on that side of Islip. I know 4 families that are on my sons lax team that live there.

What is your point? Are you saying that whole area is people from Brentwood? I’m confused.

Not at all...simply comparing from our childhood (grew up off Commack Rd on 44th st) to what I see now when we visit.

Lived in Islip over 50yrs, grew up less then 20 blocks south. Beech St & South of SSP is still a good area, had many friends on Beech when growing up.
Things are changing, but I'd still recommend this area
