I heard that Huntington Station and/or Cold Spring Harbor have free parking on weekends. But I can't find any information about this online. Last time I was at Huntington Station I paid for a metered spot on a Sunday. Was it supposed to be free?

You don't need a sticker on the weekends.

Yep. I don't think Cold Spring has and metered spots, but you can park in any of the non-metered lots (including the garages) at Huntington on the weekends.
