It’s cool though, I’ll bump all these threads in 5 years when everything is exactly the same. See ya then.
All of which have new links to different articles on the Mastics and Shirley. Articles that have been recently published. So whats it to you? No one takes the bait because there is nothing to disagree with. Is it fake news that a new Smith Point Bridge is going to be constructed? What about the new ambulance house? Or the new highway exit? Or the new sewage system? Or the preservation areas? Or the zombie houses being knocked down? Which is it you want to discuss?

Stony Brook University did a study on the environmental benefits that Superstorm Sandy caused by reopening the Old Inlet, which has been closed off since around the 1830s.

And financial crisis certainly do alter spending habits that influence culture and society. Especially in times of great demographic shifts.

Last, people definitely appreciate faster emergency response times.

Another Man Shot In Mastic Beach a week later

Hell of a town, GDale.

I'm sure the new ambulance center and bridge will come in handy for all the wounded.

Are you seriously making an argument to live in Shirley or Mastic?

Place is a dump.

Great investments typically develop off of dumps. Risk is usually involved in order to reap the rewards. In the meantime, arbitrage opportunities already exist.

Except this risk you speak of also has a very real downside of investing into a dump that will not improve. From what I've read from you here, you speak of it like it's a sure thing which is so far beyond realistic.

But you make for an entertaining read as long as its not taken seriously.
